Tattoo Day Prep

I’m getting tattooed tomorrow. How the @3&) do i prepare?

A few simple must do things and the remainder is just about comfort. 

  1. Get some darn sleep. No really, binge watch another night.
  2. Eat food (no, half a bagel w butter or a bag of chips doesn’t count). Real food with protein and other good stuff. 
  3. Drink water. Stick a lemon wedge in it and suffer through a full glass. You need it.
  4. Dress comfortably. And accessibly. Button up shirts for access to torso, short for legs. Tied bikini bottoms if it goes hip to ribs. 
  5. Take your binky!!  Always cold? Bring a blanket.  Need a pillow? Use a clean pillowcase and be comfy.  Espcially if you’re here for hours.
  6. Take a snack and a water bottle. We have glucose tablets if you get whoozie but I bet your snacks taste better.
  7. Pick 1 (ONE) good supportive friend if needed.  If you bring someone who second guesses you and makes you doubt your choices odds are we will be mean to them!
